Item matches description. Plugged into a USB 2.0 port that meets machine's 5v/2.5w power requirement. Added essential oil drops. Added water to max fill line. Turned device on. Vapor took a little to begin appearing. Vapor isn't a steady cascade, like some images & online vids I've seen (for this same product). Produced more of a wisp effect. Seems like QC varies/vaporizers vary significantly. Can smell the essential oil, but not strong due to lower vapor output. Wish output was stronger. Overall... a cool look. Included instructions are almost worthless, but device vapor start is straightforward... on/off. Lighting is different. Took some trial and error. Lighting process: 1st quick press (on, default orange)-->2nd quick press (cycle colors)-->3rd quick press, as colors cycle (keeps color currently in use)-->4th quick press (color off). Would I purchase again? Maybe. But, hope would be that I get one of the units that has a stronger vaporizer. Fast ship though. Well packaged.

I used the other diffusers with filter, but they burned quickly, I mean, it was bad after a few weeks of use, unlike this is a good product, it doesn't need a filter, I hope it lasts a long time!

Arrived in a perfect condition works very well I recommend it a lot of grease😍😍😍
